It's been an incredible year at The Greenhouse and Act One, filled with all sorts of accomplishments, speakers, events, workshops, and more, so we want to get everyone together to celebrate the holidays in style. The Christmas Gala & Fundraiser is always a big event, with lots and lots of food, music, photo ops, raffles, and opportunities to meet and hang out with other creative professionals!

And this year, we're happy to welcome musician & songwriter Marcus Eaton to perform for us. Marcus will bring his wonderful vocals and talents on the guitar, and he's sure to deliver all sorts of holiday cheer for us. There are always lots of people attending, so make sure you RSVP before December 8th here. Dress is upscale casual. Come ready to share some good tidings of great joy and join us in generously giving to keep this creative community going strong in 2017!

The Gala is open to any and all artists and creative people, although your RSVP is required, and a donation of at least $10 is encouraged and very much appreciated. All donations are tax-deductible and can be made at the door, here at EventBrite when you register your RSVP, or at The Greenhouse donation site.

The Greenhouse 2016 Charity Gift

Every year, The Greenhouse chooses a charity to donate to on behalf of you and the entire community. This year, we're pleased to give to Act One, a creative arts nonprofit organization whose intensive summer program trains and develops new writers and entertainment business executives, helping them grow professionally. We're excited to give 15% of the profits from our Christmas Gala to provide financial aid for attendees of Act One's 2017 summer program. Think of all the people who helped you on your creative journey and realize you can play the same role for others. Give generously!

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

There is no age limit, but you'll need to have a government issued ID to enter the CBS Studio lot. Be nice to those security guys – they have a tough job getting tons of people in and out of the lot all at once. Consider bringing them cookies or something.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Park wherever the security guards direct you, but typically you can park in any empty spot that isn't designated as a "24/7" spot. Please follow any rules for handicapped parking. Carpooling is a good idea. Please do not park in the neighborhood outside of the studio. Go through the main entrance on Radford Avenue, and the security guards will direct to you the right building.

You can always get in touch with us at info@greenhouseproductions.com. Of course, as the event gets closer, it gets tougher to respond right away, so get those questions, thoughts, compliments in early. Especially the compliments.

Can I make a donation after the fundraiser?

Absolutely! Get in touch with us at info@greenhouseproductions.com or at the address above. Make sure you make your donation by 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2016, if you would like your donation to be tax-deductible for this year!
